Leaderflush Shapland is managed by a team of six Executive Directors, all of whom are directly involved in the day to day operation of the business.

Todd Altman – MD
Todd Joined Leaderflush Shapland in 2005 prior to the acquisition by SIG PLC. He previously held the role of Managing Director at building products manufacturers Ancon and Lindapter. Todd is currently the Managing Director of SIG Interiors Manufacturing Division, which includes Komfort Workspace, Cubicle Systems and Tufwell Glass alongside Leaderflush Shapland.

Kevin Eaton – International Sales Director
Kevin joined Leaderflush in 1970 and has worked in various positions throughout the company. Currently he heads the company’s export business, exploring potential opportunities for Leaderflush Shapland overseas.

Cary Grant – Finance Director
Cary Gant was promoted to Finance Director in January 2007, having received promotion from Financial Controller.

Richard Bertram – Manufacturing Director
Richard joined the LS Group in June 2003 as Group Project Manager and has brought with him 23 years experience gained in the door industry, beginning, many years ago, as an apprentice. His new appointment to Manufacturing Director (North) allows him to deal with the production development both at the Langley Mill and Sheffield manufacturing sites. Richard has extensive experience of the door industry, which will enable him to drive the three brands associated within the two sites forward.

Jeff Leahy – Sales and Marketing Director
Jeff Leahy joined Leaderflush Shapland in 2005 as Commercial Director after holding a number of senior management positions in the build products industry. Jeff joined the business with a brief to restructure the Commercial department into a more customer focused organisation. In 2008 Jeff was appointed as Sales and Marketing Director and is now responsible for the Leaderflush Shapland brand sales and marketing activities, and the Architectural Hardware and Urban Edge business units.

Robert Llewellyn – Commercial Director
Rob joined Shapland and Petter in 1985 as an apprentice, and has managed many areas of the business throughout his career at the company. His appointment as Manufacturing Director (South) enables focused management of the day-to-day issues at the Barnstaple Manufacturing site. Rob’s enthusiastic and energetic style along with his broad experience within Leaderflush Shapland will enable him to lead and develop the southern manufacturing site.
