Specification of Plasform® performance doorsets is
straightforward, as all the necessary components of the
doorset are matched by us to ensure that the specified
performance levels are achieved.
The following four specifications provide guidance on how
to structure Plasform specifications. For assistance please

411A INTERIOR POSTFORMED DOORSETS, 30 MINUTES FIRE RESISTING: >

Plasform® Original interior  doorsets.
Fire performance: 30 minutes integrity.
Smoke control: Required.
Certification: BWF-CERTIFIRE.

Door leaf:
Core: EnduraCor ‘Severe Duty’.
Facings: Formica laminate, suitable for postforming,
colour – Paprika.
Vertical edges: Postformed, 12mm radius.
Top and bottom edges: Laminate to match facings.
Glazing details:
Bead system: Hardwood bolection bead, pinned,
species to be confirmed, finish Hygienilac® clear
lacquer.
Size and position of aperture(s): Type VN1.
Glass: 7 mm Pyrodur Plus clear.
Frame and architraves:
Frame: Barum Postformed with 18mm planted stop.
Architraves: 42 x 18 mm required.
Facings: Clear PVC, back-sprayed colour to be
confirmed.
Moisture content on delivery: 10 to 12%.
Ironmongery: P4 with stainless steel levers.
Preparation: Factory morticed by doorset manufacturer.
Hinges: Grade 304 satin stainless steel fixed pin,
supplied and fixed by doorset manufacturer.
Locks: Factory morticed, supplied and fixed by
doorset manufacturer.
Fire seals: Standard type for this doorset, with
intumescent seals fitted in door edge.
Fixing: Factory drilled frames with matching pellets.
